Mark Foley has held various financial and executive positions throughout their career. Mark most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Everon starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they held the same title at ADT Commercial from February 2020 to October 2023. Before joining ADT Commercial, Foley worked at Red Hawk Fire & Security, LLC as the Executive Vice President & CFO from March 2012 to February 2020. Mark also worked as a Consultant at The Comvest Group from December 2011 to April 2012. Foley's earlier experience includes serving as the Senior Vice President & CFO at Carter Brothers, LLC from January 2006 to September 2011. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Tyco International, where they held various roles such as Senior Vice President - Corporate Controller, Director of Financial Operations, Assistant Controller, and Tax Manager from 1991 to 2003. Foley began their career at Ernst & Young as an Audit/Tax Manager from September 1984 to December 1990.

Mark Foley attended Bentley University from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a Master of Science in Taxation. Prior to that, they studied at Merrimack College from 1980 to 1984 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting.
