Courtney Crowley is an experienced professional in the insurance industry with a strong background in underwriting and process management. Currently serving as a Senior Life Underwriter at Everly since June 2022, Courtney previously held the role of Case Manager at Protective Life from April 2021 to June 2022. An extensive tenure at Allstate Financial from 2011 to January 2021 included roles such as Process Automation Consultant, JET Underwriter, and Contact Center Team Lead, where Courtney was involved in various aspects of project support, process improvement, mentoring, and training.
