Sean Pollock has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Customer Service Team Lead - Defense at Everlaw since March 2020, previously holding roles as CSS II and CSS I. Prior to this position, Sean held several roles at Imperfect Produce from January 2017 to October 2019, including Customer Experience Manager and Customer Experience Lead, where leadership of teams and improving customer experience through analytics, coaching, and performance metrics were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes positions at Luke's Local and Z-Metrix Imagineering, as well as serving as a Nutrition Education Specialist with Harvesters, contributing to community nutrition education and data collection efforts. Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned between 2004 and 2008.
