Antoinette Salcedo currently serves as the Senior Strategy & Ops Business Partner, CX at Everlaw since October 2024. Prior to this, Antoinette held various positions at Coursera from July 2018 to October 2024, culminating as the Manager of Customer Success Operations after roles as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Experience also includes serving as Senior Customer Success Manager at Insightly from November 2015 to May 2018 and working as a Customer Success & Marketing Assistant at Praetorian Digital from May 2015 to November 2015. Earlier in the career, Antoinette was a Marketing Assistant at The Observatory OC from February 2014 to April 2015. Antoinette earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.
