Kate Santos has a strong background in talent acquisition, starting with their role as a Customer Care Associate at Convergys from 2006 to 2008. Kate then joined Teleperformance and progressed through various roles, including Talent Acquisition Associate, Specialist, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, and finally as a Talent Acquisition Director from 2008 to 2023. Currently, Kate is the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Everise, a position they have held since May 2023.

Kate Santos completed their Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a focus on Public Administration and Governance from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2002 to 2006. Kate has also obtained additional certifications, including "Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities" and "Having Difficult Conversations: A Guide for Managers" from LinkedIn, as well as a "Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification" from COPC Inc. and "Targeted Selection" from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
