Juhi Pawar currently serves as a Team Leader at Everise since July 2023. Prior to this role, Juhi worked at Webhelp from February 2021 to July 2023 as a Senior Analyst in Workforce Management, focusing on real-time strategies, queue monitoring, and operational adjustments to enhance contact handling. Juhi's experience also includes a position as a Real-Time Analyst and Senior Practitioner at Concentrix from January 2018 to December 2020, demonstrating a strong understanding of business requirements. Juhi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Maharshi Dayanand University, completed between 2013 and 2016, and has furthered education at Delhi University.
