Fred Lark has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Fred started their career as a Patient Care Technician at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago in 2007 and worked there until 2010. From 2006 to 2011, they served as a Business Development Manager at ATLANTA BEST USED CARS, LLC. In 2011, they became the Operations Manager at S&P Data Digital and held that role until 2020. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Dynata, where they held multiple roles including QA Specialist, Technical Support, and Supervisor. In 2021, they joined GDCC as a Supervisor and worked there until 2022. Fred also gained experience as a Business Development Specialist at US Auto Sales for a brief period in 2022. Currently, they are the Talent Acquisition Lead at Everise.

Fred Lark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from East-West University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Fred also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northwestern University, which they completed from 2018 to 2020. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained a Professional Certification in Business and Employer Services from the National Small Business Association.
