Natalie Onyshkevych serves as the Chief Operations Officer at EverHelp since January 2022, where responsibilities include business process design, product development, and team management. Previously, as Head of Support at Genesis Tech from May 2021 to July 2022, Natalie established the Customer Support Department, implemented effective staffing solutions, and developed quality control systems. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Support Team Lead at Trustech from November 2018 to May 2021, focusing on team goals, training, and enhancing corporate culture. Natalie's career began as an English Second Language Teacher at 东莞粤华学校 from January 2015 to November 2018. Natalie holds Master's degrees from Kyiv National Linguistics University and National Aviation University.
