Stephen Cole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Projects at Evergy since November 2019, Stephen has held multiple roles within the company, including Strategic Projects Manager and Operations Supervisor. Additionally, Stephen founded Top City Spirits Company, which is set to be Topeka's first craft distillery. Prior experience includes serving as FLEX Coordinator and Emergency Management Program Owner at Wolf Creek Nuclear Generating Station, overseeing significant budgets and safety programs. Throughout a career spanning roles from Nuclear Station Operator to Safety and Quality Supervisor, Stephen has demonstrated strong leadership and operational expertise. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business from Western Governors University, Stephen also holds a degree in Power Plant Technology from Flint Hills Technical College.
