Javier Garcia is an experienced engineer with a career spanning over three decades in various roles within the engineering and operational sectors. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at Evergy since January 2014, Javier manages capital projects for Cycle Chemistry Systems at a 2400 MW power plant, contributing to plant efficiency and reliability. Previously, Javier held positions as an International Operations Engineer at Interleith, Inc. and Aero-Mod, focusing on sales and business development in wastewater treatment projects across more than 30 countries.
