Kimberly Brown, MAOL has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Kimberly began their career as a Case Planner at Buffalo Urban League in 2005 and later transitioned into the role of Supervisor. In 2014, they joined Evergreen Health as the Director of Wellness & Nutrition. Most recently, in 2018, they took on the position of Executive Director at Community Access Services of WNY.

Kimberly Brown holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Hilbert College, earned between 1997 and 2001. Kimberly also completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University between 2014 and 2016. In addition, they obtained certifications in CPI Non-violent Crisis Intervention in August 2016 and Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Beginner) from Lingo Live in January 2009.
