Jason C. Perez has a diverse background in healthcare and customer service. Currently serving as a Medical Case Manager and previously as a PrEP Outreach Assistant at Evergreen Health since September 2019, Jason contributes valuable expertise to healthcare management and outreach initiatives. Prior to this, Jason held the position of Host Supervisor at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. from October 2011 to May 2017 and worked as a Retail Sales Associate at Aeropostale from September 2011 to January 2013. Jason pursued education at Hudson County Community College from 2013 to 2015.
