Bob Ferguson is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in revenue cycle applications and management. Currently serving as IT Director of Revenue Cycle Applications at EvergreenHealth since August 2021, Bob previously held the role of Epic Revenue Cycle Director at OCHIN, Inc., for a brief period in 2021. With a long tenure at The Everett Clinic from 1986 to May 2021, Bob progressed through various positions, including Epic IT Revenue Cycle Manager, where the focus was on operational initiatives and process improvement. Bob holds an MBA in Technology Management from the UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Henry Cogswell College, complemented by an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Everett Community College.
