Sally Dettlaff is a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant with extensive experience in patient care across various settings, including rehabilitation, memory care, long-term care, hospice, and assisted living at Evergreen Retirement Community since September 2019. Recognized for accuracy in charting, effective teamwork, and empathetic interactions with patients, Sally previously worked at LindenGrove Communities from September 2016 to August 2019, where responsibilities included assisting with activities of daily living and performing vital healthcare tasks.
