Renee Owens has extensive work experience in various roles. Renee currently works as a Consultant Operations Specialist at Evergreen Healthcare Partners, where they are responsible for attracting top talent through strategic initiatives and conducting initial screening calls with candidates. Prior to this, they served as an Operations Supervisor at Tegria, leading a support team and ensuring efficient clinical work completion. Renee also worked as a Project Manager at Monster Pools, where they maintained financial records and generated financial reports using QuickBooks. Before that, they were an Insurance Verification Specialist at OPENSIDED MRI OF DENVER, LLC, where they obtained authorizations for MRI exams. Earlier in their career, Renee worked as an Administrative Lead at Health Images, exceeding patient care standards and coordinating exams with referring offices. Renee also served as a Clinical Team Lead at Crane and Seeger Orthodontics, performing orthodontic procedures and assisting in retainer molding. Renee's earliest role was as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant at Comfort Dental Group, Inc., where they performed various dental procedures.

Renee Owens completed an Associate of Science degree in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from AdventHealth University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended the Community College of Denver from 2004 to 2006, earning an Associate's degree in Pre-Dentistry Studies. In addition to their formal education, Renee obtained several certifications in recruiting foundations and tech recruiting from LinkedIn in December 2022.
