Joshua Filler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joshua is currently serving as the VP of Talent Engagement at Evergreen Healthcare Partners since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tegria as the Director of Growth and Development from April 2021 to May 2022, where they led employee growth and development initiatives and set the strategy for performance management and professional development. Before that, Joshua worked at Bluetree Network as the Director of Growth and Development, responsible for employee growth planning, mentorship programs, and executive coaching. Joshua also held the role of Advocacy Project Manager and Executive Partner Talent Manager at Bluetree Network. Joshua's earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Ripon College, where they designed and taught various philosophy courses, and as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they served as a teaching assistant and conducted research for academic publishing projects.

Joshua Filler earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications Media and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2004 to 2011.
