Stephanie Hopkins-Gray is an accomplished professional in the food science industry with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at EverGrain Ingredients since June 2021, Stephanie has also held significant roles at Nutrition & Biosciences as an Associate Application Scientist since May 2014 and at Solae, LLC as a Sr. Technologist since February 2008. Prior experience includes a position as a Technologist at 8th Continent Soymilk from November 2001 to February 2008 and as a Technician at Sensient Flavors from 1999 to 2001. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned in 1999.
