Rosa Sanchez has over 20 years of work experience in research and development roles within the food industry. Rosa is currently the Sr. Global Director R&D Applications at EverGrain Ingredients. Prior to that, they worked at DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences as the Sr. Group Manager - Beverage Applications. Rosa also held the role of Program Manager R&D at Pepperidge Farm. Additionally, they have worked at Solae, LLC, New Era Nutrition Inc/Solo GI Nutrition, Newly Weds Foods, and Griffith Laboratories in various research and development positions. Throughout their career, Rosa has been involved in creating new products, conducting sensory evaluations, and providing formulation support to external customers. Rosa has a strong background in developing ingredients for beverage applications, nutrition bars, baked goods, and meat industry products.

Rosa Sanchez has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Food Science and Technology from Tecnologico de Monterrey, campus Monterrey.
