Maheedhar P. has a diverse work experience. Maheedhar started their career as an Imperia Relationship Manager at HDFC Bank in 2009, where they gained expertise in various banking products and developed their soft skills. Maheedhar later worked as a Business Consultant at Intense Technologies Limited, specializing in business processes automation and business analysis. In 2017, Maheedhar joined WaveCrest Group as a Business Analyst, focusing on payment solutions and serving US and UK end customers. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Business Analyst at Evergent, Inc.

Maheedhar P. has a diverse educational background with a focus on business and finance. Maheedhar completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, Marketing, and Banking from the Siva Sivani Institute of Management between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, between 2003 and 2006, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Bachelors of Commerce from Sri Sai Degree College in Hyderabad. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, Maheedhar attended Nalanda Junior College in Guntur from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained their Intermediate Board of Education degree, specializing in Maths, Economics, and Commerce. Lastly, they received their SSC degree from Vikas Public School in 2001.
