Jagadish Chennamsetty began their work experience as a Technical Support Engineer at Softline Software Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2005, where they worked until 2007. Jagadish then joined Magnaquest Technologies Ltd in 2007 and held various roles, including Sr Implementation Engineer, Project Manager & SME, Program Manager & SME, Senior Solutions Architect & Product Owner, and finally Product Specialist until 2021. In 2021, Jagadish joined Evergent, Inc. as a Solutions Architect, where they are currently employed.

Jagadish Chennamsetty has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Data Management & Product Management from Xavier's Institute of Business Management Studies. Jagadish also completed a Professional Certificate Programme in Product Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
