Troy Marcus has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Network Board Champion and Chairman of the YPO Real Estate Industry Network (International) since July 2016. In addition to these roles, Troy Marcus is a Committee Member and Vice Chairman within the same network. Troy Marcus also contributes to The University of Texas at Austin as a member of the Chancellor’s Council Executive Committee for The University of Texas System and the Advisory Council for the Real Estate Finance Investment Center. As the Founder of Evergen Equity, LLC since October 2021, and an Advisory Board Member at Pennybacker Capital, LLC since 2019, Troy Marcus’s background includes serving as President of MIMCO, Inc. from 2011 to 2021 and as a Financial/Investment Analyst at Thackeray Partners from 2010 to 2011. Troy Marcus holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Texas McCombs School of Business, earned between 2006 and 2010.
