Manal Alyaba has work experience as an Instructional Designer at EVERFI since January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Learning Experience Designer at Alwasaet from November 2020 to February 2021. From September 2016 to November 2020, they worked as an eLearning Developer at Fresh Communications. Manal also served as an eLearning Developer at Respectful Ways from April 2018 to July 2019. Before that, they were a Digital Designer at Second Avenue Learning from October 2016 to March 2018. Manal also worked as an Associate Instructional Designer at CypherWorx from February 2015 to March 2016. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Special Education Specialist at Abdul Latif Jameel Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation in January and February 2007, as well as a Teacher's Aid at Top Center for Children with Special Needs in January to April 2005.

Manal Alyaba obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Childhood Study from King Abdulaziz University from 1999 to 2004. Manal then pursued further education at Rochester Institute of Technology, where they attended the English Language Center for English as a second language from 2011 to 2012. Manal later completed their Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Visual Communication Design at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2014. Most recently, Manal completed a Master of Arts in Learning Technology and Experience Design, with a previous concentration in Digital Media Design for Learning with Games for Learning, at NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development from 2018 to 2020.
