Dana (Reynolds) Jacobson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dana started their career in 2014 as a Television Production Intern at Monumental Sports & Entertainment. In 2015, Dana worked as a Technical Recruiter at Insight Global.

In 2016, Dana joined CEB, now Gartner, as a Sales Operations Specialist and later transitioned to the role of Associate Operations Analyst from 2017 to 2018. Dana then moved on to Gartner in 2018 and worked as an Associate Operations Analyst until November 2018.

Dana's next role was at EVERFI, where they started as an Operations Analyst in November 2018 and held this position until October 2020. Dana was then promoted to Senior Operations Analyst and held this position until October 2021. Dana continued to climb the ladder as they became the Manager, K12 Operations from October 2021 to July 2023. Currently, they are working as a Senior Support Operations at EVERFI since July 2023.

Dana Reynolds attended Miami University from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications/Media Production.
