Andrea Dunning is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Everest Reinsurance Company since August 2019. Prior to this position, Andrea held various roles at Prudential Financial, including Director of Staffing and Senior Staffing Specialist/Actuarial Recruiter, from February 2005 to August 2019. Earlier experience includes a recruitment role at The Hartford from 2000 to 2005. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Drexel University and has educational credentials from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, as well as a diploma from Pennridge High.
