Karla Rainwater is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Everest Rehabilitation Hospitals, LLC since July 2019, Karla has previously held the position of Director of Quality at Baxter Regional Medical Center from 1993 to September 2016, where responsibilities included patient safety, medical staff quality, and process improvement. Karla holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (2011-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University (1997-2003). Currently, Karla is not employed following a recent move and expresses a longing for the collegiality experienced in a favorite workplace.
