Wesley Cropp currently serves as the VP of Operations at EverCommerce, where responsibilities include procuring and reviewing revenue metrics, communicating results to leadership teams, and overseeing project development to enhance customer and employee experiences. Previously, Wesley held various roles at PaySimple, culminating as Sr. Director of Operations, where management of the Business, Payment, and Data Operations team was key to achieving quarterly deliverables and collaborating on innovation with cross-functional teams. Earlier in the career, Wesley was a Photo Editor at the Daily Iowan, managing a team of photographers and focusing on storytelling through imagery. Wesley holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism and Mass Communication, and Art & Art History from the University of Iowa.
