Cris Nolan is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Business Influencer at Influence Board since May 2024, Cris provides volunteer consulting services to entrepreneurs while supporting Children's Hospital Colorado. As the VP of People & Culture for Everbridge since September 2017, Cris oversees HR operations for a global workforce of 1,700 employees, managing a team of six within a broader HR team of 35. Previous roles include senior positions at Everbridge, Sellbrite, Boston Scientific, Regis Corporation, and RITE AID, where Cris has successfully implemented HR strategies, supported corporate growth and acquisitions, and contributed to talent management initiatives. Cris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Pepperdine University.
