Jenae Batt has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Jenae began their career as an Executive Assistant at Columbus AIDS Task Force, where they supported the leadership and played a key role in organizing fundraising events. Jenae then worked as an Event Producer at Details! and Florabunda, where they showcased their creativity and organizational skills in executing various projects. Jenae later became a Conference Services Manager at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, where they successfully managed contractual details for multiple groups.

Jenae then transitioned into a role as an Event Coordinator at Salt Lake County, where they negotiated and managed a wide range of events at different venues within the county. Following this, they served as an Adjunct at Stephen F. Austin State University, teaching writing to college students.

In 2008, Jenae joined the University of Minnesota as a Communications Officer for the Institute for Sexual and Gender Health, focusing on marketing and public relations. Jenae played a crucial part in developing the program's identity and raising awareness for groundbreaking faculty work.

Currently, Jenae works at Ever-Green Energy, where they started as a Senior Communications Specialist and advanced to the role of Marketing and Communications Manager. Jenae currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations, leading a talented team in developing company communications, marketing, and public relations strategies. Jenae'sfocus is on conveying Ever-Green Energy's story and promoting low-carbon energy solutions to a diverse audience.

Jenae Batt obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 1991 to 1995. Jenae then pursued further education and earned a Master's Degree in English Literature from Boston College between 1995 and 1998.
