Austin Caldwell is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and consulting, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at EvenUp since September 2023, focusing on building a diverse team to enhance access to justice through technology and AI. Prior experience includes freelancing as a Recruiting & People Consultant, and serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Modern Health, where significant funding was raised to innovate mental health care delivery.
