With a background as an IT Manager at Frontline Call Center & Services, Viktor has experience in project management and troubleshooting agent issues. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Software Development at Western Governors University, Viktor is skilled in migration of enterprise level clients to cloud platforms and reconfiguration based on growing needs.
