Eman Mohy El Deen is an experienced Software Quality Control Team Lead currently working at GreySkies and Eventum IT Solutions since January 2016 and October 2014, respectively. Eman has developed comprehensive QC processes, conducted interviews and assessments for Quality Control candidates, and provided technical training to new team members. In addition to creating test plans and reviewing team work, Eman monitors team progress, communicates with project stakeholders, and identifies project risks. Previous roles include Software Quality Control Team Lead at Ibtikar Technologies and Senior Software Quality Control Engineer at softxpert. Eman holds a BSc in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Alexandria University, graduated in 2010, and has foundational education from Nabaweya Moussa Experimental School.
