Keneisha Williams currently serves as the Interim Executive Director and Managing Director at the Coalition of Innovation Leaders Against Racism (CILAR), where strategic guidance and operational direction are provided to achieve the company's mission. With extensive experience in community engagement and stakeholder relationship management, Keneisha has established a global network for Black professionals in the events industry as the Founder and Managing Director of the Black In Events Network. Keneisha's contributions extend to the Events Industry Council Equity Task Force, addressing systemic racism within the business events sector. Previous roles include Event Marketing Manager and Community Builder, Community Engagement Coordinator for Diabetes Canada, and Event Planning Analyst at BMO Financial Group, demonstrating a strong background in event planning and community engagement. Keneisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Entertainment and Culture, Marketing from Ryerson University and has pursued further education at Humber College.
