Christine Mack, CMP, CED, DES, is an experienced professional in customer success and event management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at EventMobi since February 2021. In this role, Christine has built and developed a team focused on customer onboarding, training, and support, while fostering a culture of excellence and enhancing customer experiences. Prior roles include Event Specialist at Electricity Dish, Associate Event Producer at Themed Entertainment Association, and Conference Assistant for the Canadian Association of General Surgeons, among others. Christine holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning from Algonquin College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from the University of Guelph, complemented by a Professional Certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University.
