Marnik van Es has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marnik most recently worked at Eventix as a Junior Customer Success, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Beter Bed as a Sales representative from January 2019 to September 2019. Marnik also has experience at Monkey Town Breda as a Fast Service employee from September 2017 to September 2019. Marnik worked briefly as an Animator at Vacansoleil Camping Holidays in June 2017 and as an Animator at Landal GreenParks from May 2016 to September 2016. Marnik's earliest work experience was as a Junior Guest Host at Efteling from January 2014 to March 2015.

Marnik van Es began their education in 2012 at Cingel College, where they pursued a degree in Vacansoleil leisure & executive. Marnik completed this program in 2017, which also overlapped with their enrollment in another degree program at Cingel College.
