Matthew Domerofski has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Matthew began their career in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Weapons System Technician from 1987 to 1991. After that, they worked at Southwest Airlines for nearly eight years, holding various positions in ground operations, including customer service and station management. Following their time at Southwest Airlines, they served as a LAN Administrator at Accountants International, providing technical support to mobile offices. Matthew then ventured into entrepreneurship as the owner of Fibrenew Sacramento, specializing in repair, restoration, and renewal services for various materials. Matthew later joined the Houston Airport System as an Airport Operations Supervisor, where they led a gate control team, maintained relationships with tenant airlines, and performed safety inspections. Matthew also had a short stint at Lyft, where they worked as both an independent driver and a member of the recruitment team. Currently, they hold a role as a Customer Experience Associate at Eventbrite, utilizing their product knowledge expertise and providing exceptional service to customers.
Matthew Domerofski earned an AS degree in Aircraft Armament Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, where they studied from 1987 to 1988. Following that, they pursued a BS degree in Aviation Management at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, during the years 1989 to 1991.
