Kate Soffner has worked in various roles since 2013. Kate began their career at Flagship Merchant Services as a Senior Account Representative in 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Business Sales Representative for ADT and an Assistant Director for Magnum Events. In 2016, they took a Corporate Manager role at Fabulous Frocks Bridal. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Director of School Engagement and an Inside Engagement Specialist for Project Lead The Way. Most recently, they have been a Director of Medical Affairs and a Director of Operations and Strategy at Blinkcns since 2019. Kate is set to become the Director of Strategy at Event.Gives in 2022.

Kate Soffner attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2008 to 2012, where they earned their Undergraduate degree in Apparel Merchandising/ Business.
