Pamela Foster has been in the workforce since 2001, beginning their career as an Assistant Store Manager at G+G Retail, Inc. Pamela then moved to PEI-Genesis in 2004 as a Buyer, followed by a similar role at Flexible Circuits, Inc. in 2009. In 2010, they joined Tinius Olsen as a Production Administrator, and in 2019 they began working at Evenlite Inc. as an Operations Administrator and later an Operations Specialist.

Pamela Foster attended George Washington High School and obtained a diploma in General Studies. Pamela then attended Orleans Technical Institute where they obtained a diploma in Computerized Office Technology.
