Ramon Dias has extensive work experience in the maritime industry. Ramon started their career in 2005 as a Chief Engineer with SUPERPESA, where they worked on a PSV with main engines, thrusters, and bow thrusters. Ramon also worked as a First Engineer at Augusta Offshore, where they operated AHTS vessels with main engines and thrusters. Ramon later joined Acergy as a 2nd Engineer and then worked at BRAM Offshore as a First Engineer. Ramon then worked as a Consultant at Bureau Veritas, conducting marine surveys and inspections for Petrobras. Ramon joined Fugro Brasil as a First Engineer and later became Chief Engineer, responsible for managing engineering operations. In 2020, they joined the Maritime Industry as a Chief Engineer.
Ramon Dias obtained a Bachelor's degree in Nautical Sciences with a specialization in Marine Engineering from EFOMM between 1989 and 1991. In 2009, they enrolled at Universidade Federal Fluminense, where they pursued studies in IT Systems until 2013.
Additionally, Ramon Dias has acquired several certifications. In January 2022, they obtained certifications in "Customer-focused working" and "Dutch for non-natives" from the Online Academy. Furthermore, in October 2021, they earned certifications in "Lógica de Programação Essencial" and "Projetos ágeis com SCRUM" from Digital Innovation One Inc.
