Vishnu Haridas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Vishnu began their career in 2014 as a GSA at Abad Group of Hotels, where they worked from June to December. In 2014, they also worked as a gsa at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. for a period of one year and two months. From 2015 to 2017, Vishnu served as a Sales Executive at VOONIK - Every Woman's Personal Stylist. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Operations Coordinator at Coolpex - The best water filter in Kuwait, managing daily operational activities and performing administrative tasks. Vishnu then joined Premagic in 2020 as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for establishing rapport with potential clients, planning marketing initiatives, and identifying new opportunities. In 2021, Vishnu took up the role of ORM at Sleepyhead for three months before becoming an Operations Manager at Even.

Vishnu Haridas studied at Kerala University, Thiruvananthapuram from 2011 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (Bsc) degree. During the same period, they also attended Naipunnya Institute of Management and Information Technology, Pongam, where they pursued a degree in Naipunnya school of management with a focus on Hotel Management.
