Roland Steinmetz is a seasoned professional in the electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure industry, currently serving as the Founder and Investor at EVC since January 2023, where product development and support for EV charging start-ups are emphasized. With a significant background, including ownership of EVConsult since February 2010, Roland specializes in independent consultancy and project management for EV projects. As a co-founder and partner of EEMCG since January 2014, Roland contributes to a European network of consultancy firms focused on electric mobility. Previous roles include a consultant for The World Bank on electric mobility policies and serving as a board member for the Dutch Organisation for Electric Transport. With extensive project management experience in various organizations, including Gemeente Amsterdam and APPM, Roland holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
