Svetlana Zharskaya is a seasoned UX Manager with extensive experience in UI/UX design, currently employed at EVBox since November 2020. Prior to this role, Svetlana worked as a self-employed UI/UX Designer from July 2017 to November 2020, focusing on creating innovative digital solutions and enhancing user experiences through a range of UX deliverables. Earlier, Svetlana served as a Senior UI/UX Designer at EPAM Systems from February 2008 to July 2017, where responsibilities included translating business needs into effective designs and collaborating in agile teams. Svetlana holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Belarusian National Technical University.
