Bharath Nath has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Bharath started their career as a Project Engineer at Khalid al mansour Gen.Cont Est, where they led production and quality in the fabrication of oil tanks and water tankers. Bharath was responsible for planning and coordinating structural works, preparing diagrams, and completing projects ahead of schedule.

Bharath then worked as a Quality Engineer at Motherson Sumi Systems Limited, where they ensured adherence to quality standards and implemented workflow stages using quality tools. Bharath successfully resolved major defects and conducted internal audits.

At CT Automotive, Bharath held multiple roles. As a Quality Lead, they made significant improvements in supplier quality, in-process, and final quality. Bharath also excelled as a Customer Quality Manager, driving customer satisfaction indicators and handling customer claims.

Their most recent position was at EVBox, where they served as a Compliance Manager, responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System.

Throughout their career, Bharath has demonstrated their ability to turn adversities into achievements and create focus among team members to achieve common goals. Bharath is experienced in process improvement, compliance to quality standards, and managing customer satisfaction.

Bharath Nath obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Bharath later pursued a Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Operation Management from the University of Madras, completing their studies from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Bharath Nath has obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they became an IATF 16949 (Internal Auditor) and a Product Safety and Conformity Representative (PSCR) from TÜV SüD. Bharath further enhanced their qualifications by completing the VDA 6.3 Process Auditor certification from TÜV SüD in September 2019. More recently, in May and June 2021, they acquired the VDA 6.3 Workshop for Certified Process Auditors and VDA Core Tools certifications, respectively, also from TÜV SüD.
