Paul Rodgers is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales operations and human resources across various leading organizations. Currently serving as EVP of Sales Operations at OpenText since January 2023, Paul has previously held roles at Micro Focus, including Chief Operating Officer and Group HR Director, where significant operational enhancements and integration strategies were implemented. Expertise includes leading HR initiatives during IPO processes, managing talent acquisition on a large scale at Dell EMEA, and establishing core HR functions at Cable & Wireless and IBM. Paul holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Data Processing from Ulster University, showcasing a strong educational background in HR, finance, marketing, strategy, and international enterprise.
