Clay Culpepper is an accomplished attorney and shareholder at Evans | Petree PC, where expertise includes commercial litigation, personal injury, and entertainment/intellectual property law since June 2005. Previously, Clay gained experience as a summer associate at Balch & Bingham LLP and served as an officer at Bank of America in the global corporate and investment banking sector. Clay holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and has two Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
