Kathy S. Noe has extensive experience in project management and construction across various roles and companies. Currently serving as Project Executive and Senior Project Manager at Evans General Contractors since March 2021, Kathy also leads SKR Construction Services as President, a woman-owned consulting firm focused on mentoring small business contractors. Previous roles include Project Manager at Rodgers Builders, Inc., and Manager of Design and Construction at Episcopal Retirement Services, where Kathy directed teams for senior living projects. Additionally, Kathy gained significant expertise as Senior Project Manager at Model Group and President at Joseph-Renee, LLC, providing consulting services tailored to general and electrical contractors.
