Garry Taylor is an experienced education professional currently serving as the National Manager for Assessment and Evaluation, Project Lead, and Education Consultant at Evaluation Associates Limited since February 2011. Based in the Christchurch office, Garry coordinates national e-asTTle school support and manages OTJ and PaCT workshops for the Consortium for Professional Learning. Prior to this role, Garry worked as an Education Adviser at the University of Canterbury from July 2002 to January 2011, focusing on the Assess to Learn contract, e-asTTle, and ICT. Garry's early career includes serving as Deputy Principal and Acting Principal at Papanui Primary School from April 2001 to July 2002. Garry holds a Masters of Education from the University of Tasmania, a Diploma of Educational Management from Christchurch College of Education, a Bachelor of Education with a specialization in Educational Assessment, Testing, and Measurement from the University of Canterbury, and a Diploma of Teaching from Christchurch College of Education. Education was completed at Temuka High School.
