Marios Melanides is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and people advisory. Currently serving as the Managing Director at M MELANIDES People Advisory since October 2023, Marios has also held the position of Cyprus Country Partner at Evalion - SHL Greece & Cyprus since April 2022. Prior to these roles, Marios was the Human Capital Director at PwC Cyprus from August 2002 to March 2022, and Head of Human Resources at Sharelink Financial Services Ltd from February 2000 to August 2002. Marios began a career in the banking sector at The Cyprus Popular Bank Ltd from September 1989 to February 2000 and held various accounting positions earlier in their career. Marios holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Cass Business School and a BA in Political Economy from Greenwich University.
