Nina Ylitalo is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager for the Evac Business Line at Evac Group since May 2021, where responsibilities include acting as a consultative partner to leaders and addressing organizational challenges. Previously, Nina held the position of HR Manager at LUMENE Oy from September 2017 to April 2021, focusing on daily HR tasks and leadership development initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Microsoft from August 2009 to February 2017, where responsibilities ranged from managing a Compensation and Benefits team to consulting on employment issues across Europe. Nina's career began at Nokia as an HRD Consultant from September 2006 to July 2009. Nina holds a Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Oulu and completed an Executive Education program at Aalto University in 2017.
