Lauren Atherton serves as the HR Manager at Evac Group since September 2021, leading a global HR team that supports 180 employees across seven countries and three continents while contributing to strategic change and growth within the company. Prior to this role, Lauren held positions including Human Resources Director and HR Manager at TGW Global, and HR Manager and HR Advisor at Panache Lingerie Ltd., where a focus on high-quality lingerie design was maintained. Lauren's earlier experience includes HR roles at 2 Sisters Food Group, Northern Foods, and a business development position at VP PLC. Lauren holds an MSc in HRM and is CIPD qualified from Sheffield Hallam University, complemented by a Business Studies degree from the same institution.
