Kourtney Dever currently serves as Sales Service Manager at Evac Group since August 2024. Previously, Kourtney held various leadership roles at Wärtsilä, including Director of Strategic Account from June 2021 to August 2024, where responsibility included managing key account relationships with Royal Caribbean Group. Earlier positions include General Manager of Key Account Management, where a customer-focused approach was developed during the pandemic, and General Manager of Service Sales, facilitating the integration of sales teams in North America. Kourtney's career at Wärtsilä began in 2007 as a Sales Support member, eventually progressing to Senior Account Manager and Key Account Manager, consistently driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships. Kourtney earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Florida Atlantic University.
